Meg Roberts, LPC
(she/her/hers)
Meg is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a variety of life experiences to her private practice. Having been a Landscape Architect, EMT and Crisis Phone Responder in the past, she recently received her Masters of Science degree in clinical counseling with an emphasis in trauma and grief counseling from Northwest Nazarene University. She received further training at the Nampa Family Justice Center, counseling domestic abuse and child sexual abuse survivors.
With a combination of compassion, mindfulness and values based therapies Meg helps clients address their internal emotional needs as well as the thought processes and behaviors that keep them feeling stuck. With compassionate guidance she believes clients can ease burdens holding them back, free up energy used to keep internal wounds and struggles at bay, and find freedom, meaning and purpose.
Meg’s approach is thoughtful, collaborative, kind, and attentive. She finds building trusting, beneficial relationships with clients is what is most rewarding about her work as a therapist. Meg nurtures her own body, mind, and spirit by spending quality time alone and with family and friends exploring and enjoying the outdoors.
Meg is available Thursdays and Fridays 9am to 6pm. She is able to accept the following insurances: Pacific Source (as of 2/1/22), Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Blue Cross of Idaho.
