Kim is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adult individuals and couples. She holds a Master of Counseling from Boise State University with a focus in addiction. Kim has a passion for helping people find peace in their lives and in their relationships. She counsels from a person-centered, non-directive approach and incorporates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She works with adults in the areas of relationships and sexuality, aging, anxiety, depression, personal growth, self-esteem and substance use.
Kim is available for both in-person and telehealth sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. When not counseling she can be found hiking the foothills, dancing, backpacking the Sawtooths and enjoying deep conversation.
