Your mind and body in stressful times- 6 week yoga/meditation group experience
This 6-week, small group will focus on deepening your understanding of stress, worry, and anxiety from the body's natural ways of coping via the physiological and psychological pathways. You will experience how to develop self-awareness of working with, not against yourself through gentle yoga, guided meditation, intrapersonal group work, and engaging support from professionals. You will discover an innate wisdom within yourself to facilitate new outlooks for personal change and growth. More importantly, you will begin to explore the resources of effective practices that continue in the future, strengthening your relationships and a capacity for self-compassion.
